I am not a fan of buffets, but we decided to give it a try. What was a surprise was the River Cane buffet it was wonderful, fresh and delicious. There are no keno machines, but have plenty of others and no problem finding a machine of any denomination. The west side of the casino was considerably less smoky than the east they do have a small non-smoking slot room. I was no different, I made a contribution larger than I would have liked. The casino is a typical casino, lots of tables and slots and not many folks winning. They have a nice heritage display in the corridor from the hotel to casino. You get an incredibly nice for such a reasonable price.
The toiletries are Gilchris & Soames from England which are usually found at much more expensive hotels and a generous size. The bathroom is very beautiful with a very large stone walk in shower accompanied by a large furniture style vanity with granite counter. Large panel TV and a nice a leather chair and ottoman to relax. The rooms are quite large and very tastefully decorated with high-end style. Lobby and staff are very welcoming and plenty of seating to encourage you to sit and relax. The Cherokee Hotel sits back away from the gaming area which is very nice and makes for convenient parking and away from the noise. Stayed at the Cherokee Hotel and Casino on recent trip 7/17 – 7/20 to visit the Crystal Bridges Art Museum in Bentonville, AR about 30 miles away the museum was awesome and a must see when visiting the area.
